We can provide bespoke packages or secure land and planning as part of a partnership arrangement and undertake all construction and delivery requirements.
Turnbull can provide direct funding for RSL's as either senior debt or as a bespoke financial package with a forward purchase agreement or we can also act as a JV partner.
